iOS 8 Touch ID - here's how it will secure applications and how Safari extensions will work (Video)

In a previous article I told you that iOS 8 Touch ID is going to give us the opportunity to secure the applications available in our terminals using only the user's fingerprint. In the video clip above you have a demonstration of how it will work touch ID with application 1Password, access to it will be done by scanning the fingerprint and not by entering the main password.

Along with this functionality, 1Password will also allow the use of the new Safari Share Sheet and extensions for iOS 8 to quickly add information from browsers to applications. Notice that by pressing just two buttons, users can quickly save important information in the 1Password application, everything being then secured with the help of the fingerprint already saved in touch ID.
