Power Tap is a tweak released the other day in Cydia for us, and with its help we can implement new functions for the slider that allows closing iDevices. Accessing the slider to close the terminals will be done normally, and at the time of access, simply pressing the slider button will allow you to change its functionality to perform a restart, a reboot or entering safe mode.
Power Tap allows you to toggle the power down bar through different settings, such as "reboot," "respring," and "safe mode." Toggling takes place when you tap the slider's knob (a circular icon with a power symbol). Power Tap is intended to replace the earlier "Slide to Reboot" tweak.
