Why I gave up foils and cases for iPhone

Purchasing iPhone 5S during the past year I also initially bought a leather case manufactured by the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), in order to protect the terminal from blows or other accidents. At one point I combined the case with a film to protect the device, but I quickly gave up on the case and something more difficult, but definitely, at the film that promised to keep my iPhone away from scratches until the fall of this year.

I gave up on the iPhone case because it hides its beautiful design, it made it much harder and difficult to insert/remove the terminal from the pocket, but what bothered me the most was the fact that a €40 case permanently lost its color in a month. Leaving aside this aspect, I have definitely clarified that hiding your iPhone in a case is a good method of protecting it if you are extremely clumsy or if you have a burning desire to protect it from scratches, but the protection is imaginary. Even Apple cases scratch iPhones on the edges, and those from third-party manufacturers are no better.

Regarding the foil, I ran into the old problems that such foils have: peeling over time, excessive dirtiness of the peeled parts and the dust from the fingers that always remained on the screen. Leaving aside the fact that you always have the feeling that you are using a cheap plastic when you press the screen and ignoring the problem of excessive heating caused by the rubber applied over the case, the foils must be changed once every two/three months, and if you are not careful with the installation, you risk to spend enough money on replacements.

I have been and will remain a follower of using "naked" iPhones, that is, without any accessory to hide their beautiful design, make them heavy or distort the images on the screen, and I don't know if anything will convince me to give it up to the idea. Yes, I went through problems caused by accidents, I changed the screen of an iPhone, I don't take care of mine and many times it made acquaintance with the ground, so I am a victim and I keep my opinion.
