Samsung patents a smartphone whose design is similar to that of the iPhone

Samsung continues to wage a fierce legal war with Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), for copying the design of iPhones and that despite the fact that recently the two companies decided to abandon part of the existing processes. In an attempt to protect themselves more effectively against those from Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC),, company Samsung recorded recently a design for a smartphone, which you see above, it being quite similar to the company's iPhones Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC),.

Considering that Apple has extremely similar designs already registered in various parts of the world, it will be interesting to see how long Samsung's will remain active, Apple probably preparing to attack its validity. However, Apple is not the only company that Samsung is trying to prevent from creating legal problems, the Koreans also registering a design for a smartwatch similar to the Motorola Moto 360.

Samsung is now trying to fight Apple and other manufacturers using the weapons they have used in various processes, but it remains to be seen if they will succeed.
