Dropbox substantially reduces the price of subscriptions to compete with Apple and Google

dropbox is one of the most popular file storage services in the world, and during this day the company behind it announced the launch of a new tariff plan for the Pro subscription what it offers additional space for those interested. Starting today dropbox sells 1 TB (1000 GB) of storage space at the price of only $9.99 per month, the price being similar to those charged by Google or Microsoft.

Until today dropbox used to ask $500 per year for 500 GB of storage space, but starting now that price is reduced to only a quarter, being only $120 annually. Company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), is preparing to practice similar prices for the subscriptions to be launched for iCloud Drive as soon as iOS 8 will be officially launched, so we will have plenty of space for files starting in September.
