iOS 8 – Apple employees monitor social networks to detect problems

iOS 8 it is an extremely important update for the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), and after its official launch, those from Cupertino created a team of employees which monitors social networking websites to detect user problems. The information comes from a person who used it Twitter to complain about a problem with the Family Sharing system available in iOS 8, he being approached by an employee of Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), who asked him for details and offered him assistance.

So yesterday I made a thread here and then tweeted a link to that thread about an issue I was having with iOS 8 family sharing: Out of nowhere, an Apple employee hit me up on twitter asking me to send them a DM. Via DM, he then worked with me to isolate the problem. I discovered that not all content was giving me that error, only a subset. He got excited saying this is something they've been trying to track down but were not able to reproduce.

It seems that within Apple, this team has at least one dedicated room where they work, monitoring hundreds of thousands of messages published on social networks about iOS 8 problems. It seems that Apple is trying to quickly find out about all the problems that exists in its operating system to solve them before they generate too much media attention and it seems that their efforts will be crowned with success.

I was telling him how surprised and impressed I was with this service, given how busy a day Apple was having, for them to just see something I tweeted (I don't even have 300 followers) and follow up with me so quickly. He said that they had a "War Room" at Apple trawling through social media and everything they could find looking for anyone having issues (particularly with Family Sharing) so they could address them ASAP.
