Foxconn is making additional hires to be able to cover the demand for iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus

Although in the summer Foxconn hired 100.000 people to manufacture iPhone 6 si 6 iPhone Plus for Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), and at the moment it produces 500.000 units daily, it still needs more employees. Application for iPhone 6 si 6 iPhone Plus it is so big that Foxconn initiated a new round of massive hiring in its Asian factories, but for now it is not known for sure how many people will be part of the production line for the new terminals.

Strong demand for Apple's iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus is pushing Foxconn Electronics (Hon Hai Precision Industry) to start large-scale hiring at its plants in Shenzhen and Zhengzhou, China, according to sources from the upstream supply chain. To meet Apple's plans to launch its new smartphones in 115 countries and regions worldwide by the end of 2014, Foxconn has been aggressively recruiting workers to help assemble iPhone 6 devices. However, Foxconn declined to comment on the news.

The interesting part of the whole problem is that now the Chinese are not really that interested in working at factories like Foxconn's, so the Taiwanese have problems convincing people to sign their contracts. Even so, it is hard to believe that Foxconn will not hire the number of people it needs to meet Apple's requirements and increase the number of iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus terminals produced daily.
