iPad Air 2 and iPad Mini 3 should have been available for purchase starting yesterday in Romania, however the release of the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus was unprecedented, so mobile operators and large online stores did not offer the tablets for sale. Although until yesterday both tablets were only available for pre-order on the pages like this one, starting today they appear out of stock in the stores that sell them, the mobile operators not having them available for the time being.
The iPad Air 2 and iPad Mini 3 didn't really attract that much interest from users around the world, and that's when Apple had enough units ready to meet the demand. The launch of the two new products went largely unnoticed in the countries where Apple decided to distribute both new models, and this speaks volumes for the popularity of the tablets, considering that in previous years long queues were formed for iPad tablets in in front of Apple Stores.
