eMAG had one Black Friday succeeded, but some users will encounter problems in the delivery of the products ordered from the online store during Friday, and this is due to a small problem with the software that allowed the purchases. More precisely, although those at eMAG have restricted customers to buy only one product from a certain category with each account registered on the online store's website, some have even managed to order 10 units of the same product, the case of the famous SSD at the price of 99 lei coming to mind, but of course there were many more that users took advantage of.
eMAG and problems with product delivery
eMAG started sending emails last evening to users who have taken advantage of this small leak in their software, so that people who ordered several units of the same product with the same account will receive only one unit now and the rest at a later time. It's hard to say if we're talking about a real problem or a marketing strategy from eMAG regarding the possibility to buy more than one product from a promotion in one order, but this gave them stocks overturned and generated a cancellation of other orders placed by other users.
