Hour of Code 2014 - Apple teaches children to develop iOS applications for free (Video)

Hour of Code 2014 is a program that is part of an annual initiative of the Apple company, being organized in Apple Stores around the world to teach children how to write applications for the App Store.

Hour of Code 2014 is presented in the video clip above by those from Cupertino and, as you can already see, we are talking about a program in which engineers of the American company offer advice to quickly and efficiently develop applications dedicated to the App Store. The programming sessions will take place on December 11 in Apple Stores, the children will learn the basics of using a computer and writing code in Xcode.

Separate from the program Hour of Code 2014, the Apple company will organize and special workshops between December 8 and 14 in an initiative called Computer Science Week, where children will learn more about using a Mac and Xcode. Hour of Code 2014 is sponsored by the Code.org website, which annually organizes this kind of event to teach millions of students around the world how to write programs.
