Rubik brings a useful feature to iPhone and iPad

Rubik

Rubik is a new one tweak available from this evening in Cydia for iPhone and iPad, bringing an extremely interesting functionality. More precisely, according to its developer, the Rubik tweak gives us the possibility to set the 3G function of the terminals to be automatically disabled when connecting to a Wi-Fi network.

With the help of this option, we can save energy when we arrive at home or at work, all without making an effort. As you probably already know, 3G internet connections consume a lot of battery power, and if you forget to turn them off when you get home or to work, you seriously reduce your battery life.

Turns off 3G when locked or connected to WiFi. Also includes a 3G flipswitch to use with Control Center tweaks. Please be aware that this tweak can only work if your carrier supports 3G and Edge modes. Enable or disable from Settings.

Rubik solves the problem quickly by implementing a system of automatic deactivation of the Internet connection when connecting to a Wi-Fi network, all without us taking any action. Rubik is available for free download in Cydia's BigBoss repo.
