A few weeks ago we presented you with an image in which someone shows us the bacteria that develop under the case of an iPhone, but a university in Great Britain analyzed everything that grows on our terminals. According to them, in some cases even several thousand types of dangerous bacteria can be found on the surface of our smartphones, some of which can cause serious skin diseases.
To get the images you see in the article, the researchers they treated smartphones with a special substance that helps the rapid development of bacteria and placed the terminals in closed spaces. After only three days of treatment and placement in the respective space, the bacteria developed into what you see in the images, among them being present including staphylococcus aureus, which is normally found in a person's nose.
From these results, it seems that the phone will not only remember the phone number, but also the history of our personal and physical contact with other people, with the soil and other materials. The experiment served to show in a direct way and a bit 'as strong as they are contaminated people's phones.
The results of the study should not be surprising to anyone, considering that smartphones are as dirty as money, because we use them constantly both indoors and outdoors, and they are susceptible to getting dirty quickly and collecting microbes.
