The adoption rate of iOS 8 continues to grow

Apple adoption rate

In the first part of January, the company Apple announces that 68% of its iPhones, iPads and iPod Touches are running one of the various versions of iOS 8 released so far. Then we saw a 4% increase in adoption iOS 8 after the winter holidays and the increase was a healthy one after an increase in the sales of terminals running this version of the operating system.

On January 19, the Apple company again updated its information regarding iOS 8 adoption rate among our iDevices, and this time we are only talking about a 1% increase. The increase is very small because users are not in a hurry to install iOS 8 in their own terminals, and the sales of terminals running this version have dropped significantly.

Apple has not managed to convince users that iOS 8 is worth installing in their own devices and probably won't do so soon considering the many existing problems with it. Apple is testing more carefully the iOS 8 versions that it is going to release, but it will take some time until users will once again have confidence in installing new versions of the operating system.
