Samsung is determined to buy Blackberry

Samsung Blackberry

Last week there was a new rumor according to which Samsung is interested in buying Blackberry for 7.5 billion dollars and would be in negotiations with Canadian representatives. Those from Blackberry they denied the information, as expected, but today we learn that these denials are not based on the truth about the interaction between the two companies.

According to financial document obtained from a financial institution chosen by Samsung to evaluate options to buy Blackberry, the Koreans are determined to acquire the Canadian company in the near future. The financial document was created at the end of last year for those from Samsung and although none of the companies confirm the interaction, it exists.

It seems that Samsung wanted to send a "message" to Apple and Nokia through this acquisition, but in the case of the latter company we can talk about those from Microsoft, who now produce its terminals. By acquiring Blackberry, Samsung would have access to an enormous portfolio of patents that it could use to provide a multitude of new features to its future smartphones.

Of course, everything is now in a shadow of doubt, because Samsung had similar intentions in the past, but in the end they did not materialize through an acquisition, but maybe 2015 will be the year when Blackberry will disappear completely.
