If you like simple flat design themes, well today I have one for you called 28AA, and in the image above you can see what it offers us. Practically 28AA it replaces the icons of native applications and those of third-party applications with ones thought by its developer, they being combined with a completely black wallpaper to complete the general effect. Unfortunately, the theme does not have available changes for the application interface or menus, but it has multiple icons available for the applications, so you can choose what you like.
Please note that the theme includes the icons you see. Any other UI elements are from other themes and ARE NOT included. I've included a few alternative icons to choose from.
