Following the announcement regarding the exclusive launch of HBO Now on Apple TV during April, Tim Cook announced during this day that Apple TV will be cheaper by 30 dollars or 30 euros and will cost only 69 dollars or 69 euros. The previous price of 99 dollars or 99 euros has generated 25 million sales for Apple so far, but with this discount the figure will probably double by the end of the year. The price reduction comes into effect starting today in the USA, but it is not known when it will be reflected in Romania.
