Apple Music and a new iTunes Radio will be presented on June 8

Apple MusicApple Music and an improved iTunes Radio will be presented on June 8 in the framework WWDC 2015 by the Apple company for users worldwide. We are of course talking about the Apple Music audio streaming service that the Apple company is preparing for users all over the world, it is practically an improved version of Beats Music, with many more artists and with a cheaper subscription to listen to music online on any iDevice -hate.

Although it has been said repeatedly that Apple will offer the possibility to listen to music for free through Apple Music, in reality it seems that this option will not be available, probably because of the partners who did not want to offer this. Instead, the Apple company will offer an unlimited subscription of 10 dollars that will allow you to listen to music in any kind of conditions and on any of the supported terminals.

Because it cannot offer Apple Music for free, the Apple company will offer more music through iTunes Radio, new channels being created by some of the best DJs on the planet. Yesterday I told you that David Guetta, Drake, Pharell or Zane Lowe were hired by the Apple company to create special channels for users, they will be available after June 8 for all those interested.

With its dominant position in music threatened by a decline in download sales, Apple Inc. is preparing to launch a direct rival to Spotify AB and other popular services that let users stream songs instead of buying them. Music subscription to cost $10 a month; augmented Internet radio will have DJs.

The improvement of iTunes Radio still has another motivation, the Apple company intends to expand the availability of its service in new countries around the world, in the respective locations Apple Music is not available. Apple hopes to attract those users with iTunes Radio, instead of competing services, to then offer them Apple Music and convince them to pay a monthly subscription for it.

The interesting part is that Apple intends to also reduce its music sales through the iTunes Store with Apple Music, the company intending to recommend users to buy a subscription instead of audio albums. As an example, the fact that a user who wants to buy a $10 album will be recommended the option to register a monthly Apple Music subscription instead of that purchase.

Although Apple is preparing to officially launch Apple Music, for now the company has not signed agreements with major record labels Universal Music Group, Sony Music Entertainment or Warner Music Group. Considering that they have contracted extremely many important artists, probably a lot of the desired music will be missing from Apple Music, but Apple will try to solve its problems as soon as possible.

Having said that, WWDC 2015 will start on June 8, with a conference organized in the evening of that day and we have already told you that it will be transmitted live.
