Telekom Romania announces the launch of LocalHub.ro, the new One Stop Shop online platform, which provides users with a practical and efficient tool through which they can find relevant and updated information about companies and their activity. Since its launch, over 400.000 companies from all over the country and from all fields of activity have been presented within the platform.

LocalHub.ro offers company representatives the opportunity to strengthen their online presence for their business, by creating a personalized page within the portal, which brings together complete and detailed information about the company's activity and the products and services it offers to consumers.

The site also has a mobile-optimized version, in line with the new consumption habits of users, who increasingly access the Internet from their mobile phones. According to the latest statistics, traffic from mobile devices represents approximately 10% of total Internet traffic.

"More than 50% of small and medium-sized companies in Romania do not have a relevant online presence. By launching LocalHub.ro, we wanted to meet this need and bring companies to where their customers already are: in the online environment. Today's launch is only the first step of the project, we will develop the product throughout this year and integrate more online solutions into this platform. At the same time, it is a first for the Deutsche Telekom Group, an innovative One Stop Shop project, through which we aim to become the first integrated partner of online and offline services, both for consumers and businesses", said Alina Cazacu, Senior Manager Non Core E-activities Telekom Romania.

The representatives of the companies listed on the platform can claim the administration rights of the page dedicated to their business and fill in relevant information for users. Each business can have a personalized description, which informs users about the products and services offered, can publish links to its own website, working hours, as well as contact details.

In turn, portal users can find out about the listed companies and are invited to suggest the services and products they have tried or recommend.

Within the LocalHub.ro portal, those who own a business have at their disposal integrated solutions, through which they can strengthen their online presence for their business, which include the creation of personalized websites and promotion through online campaigns, through Google AdWords or Facebook.
