The parent of the iPod reveals the secrets that helped Steve Jobs make Apple products loved around the world (Video)

Tony FadellTony Fadell is called the father of the iPod because he supervised the program through which this Apple product reached the market, he is also one of the deceased's close friends Steve Jobs. During a TED conference, Fadell talked about a lot of interesting things, but also about some unknown details about how Steve Jobs saw the invisible problems of products and how he tried to solve them.

To begin with, Tony Fadell claims that there are three essential methods to discover the secret problems of products, Steve Jobs guided by them to improve so many Apple products. The first requires an overview of the process of creating a product, visualizing the steps that must be taken in its execution, together with all the details necessary for manufacturing.

The second requires the examination of all the details of the objects and components that make up a product in order to distinguish the important ones and see if they are really suitable and should be highlighted in one way or another. In the end, there remains the third method, this one requiring a producer to think differently, to think like young people and to find methods to solve from the start the problems they might encounter when using a product.

Apart from these, Fadell claims that Steve Jobs had a passion for looking at a product through the eyes of a consumer, the former CEO of Apple forcing his employees to have the same vision as him. In this idea, he asked them to be focused on all the small details of a product and to solve any problems, no matter how small, so that a product works as well as possible right from the moment it is taken out of the box.

For this vision, Fadell offers an example, Steve Jobs being convinced that Apple products must be charged and ready for use when they are taken out of the box by a customer. In this idea, he increased the testing time of the products in the factories so that they charge long enough to be usable right from the moment the box is opened.
