Apple Music generates surprising reactions from competitors

Beats 1Apple Music was presented last night by the Apple company for iDevice users who will install iOS 8.4, the competitors' reactions being surprising. Rdio, Spotify and Pandora published various messages in response to the presentation of Apple Music by the Apple company, and many were surprised by the way the service from Cupertino was "received".

Spotify did not offer an official statement for the presentation of Apple Music, but its CEO, Daniel Ek, published a very dry message, oh ok, on his personal Twitter account, deleting the text very shortly after the announcement.

Although Spotify did not speak in one way or another about Apple Music, its CEO viewed Apple's service with superiority, being sure that his company will withstand any kind of competition from Cupertino.

Rdio, on the other hand, published a press release by which they wished him Welcome! of the Apple company in the world of companies that manage audio streaming services for millions of clients around the globe.

The answer is similar to the one offered by the Apple company in 1981, when IBM joined the ranks of PC manufacturers, so now those from Rdio answer the American giant "with the same coin" and maybe it will have its fate from then on.

Welcome, Apple. Seriously.

Welcome to the most exciting and important frontier since the digital music revolution began 16 years ago. We look forward to responsible competition in the massive effort to make music available legally for anyone to enjoy anytime, anywhere.

The last ones we are discussing are those from Pandora, the company's CFO, Mike Herring, speaking in a CNBC interview about the confidence he has in his company to maintain its leading position in the field of audio streaming services.

The CFO claims that Pandora is an extremely competitive company and that it has an extremely efficient monetization system, Apple Music's entry into the audio streaming services market proving that they represent a powerful business from which serious revenues can be produced.

Apple Music will be available in 100 countries around the world starting on June 30.
