FIFA Mobile for iPhone and iPad will use FIFA 15's console graphics engine (Video)

FIFA Mobile iPhone iPadFIFA Mobile is the name of the new FIFA game for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch, it being prepared for release during this autumn, those from EA Games giving up the use of years in the names of the games.

In the video clip above you have presented the new one FIFA Mobile for mobile terminals, and one of the main changes prepared by EA Games for us is the use of the graphics engine of FIFA 15 for consoles, so we are talking about a huge visual upgrade.

Considering that on iPhone and iPad EA Games can benefit from increased performance thanks to the Metal platform offered by Apple, it is now possible to use graphics engines designed for consoles, without affecting, theoretically, the performance of the devices.

You will see in the video clip below that the graphics used for FIFA Mobile seem to be superior to those used in FIFA 15 Ultimate Team released last year in the App Store, but we will be able to make a better judgment only after the official launch of the game.

Apart from a dramatic improvement on the graphics side, FIFA Mobile will also bring a radical improvement of the control system using the touch screens of mobile terminals, those from EA Games offering a hybrid technology to improve the gameplay of the users.

More precisely, we will have the same buttons on the screen and the same unidirectional stick, but we will also be able to use presses or swipes to give passes to players, to shoot at the goal or to generate a run to receive a pass on a future position.

Although FIFA Mobile will have a multitude of very important novelties, unfortunately it will still be built around the Ultimate Team mode, so it will be free to play, but it will be very limited and will require the purchase of in-app purchases for to have a complete experience.
