From the NFC chip and the logic board we move on to one of its components, more precisely the NAND Flash memory for storage, which will continue to be 16 GB, the markings on it suggesting this, as has happened for many years.
Although it was speculated that Apple will make the switch to iPhone 6S with at least 32 GB of storage space, in the image we see a Toshiba NAND Flash memory that offers 16 GB of storage space and is produced using a 19nm manufacturing process, so it consumes less energy and is faster.
