Apple could be sued due to problems with the MacBook Pro Retina

MacBook Pro Retina screen spotsMacBook Pro Retina Display was launched by the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), some time ago, but not all those who bought the first units turned out to be as lucky as they initially thought, problems appearing over time.

Today I'm talking to you about a problem reported some time ago on iDevice.ro, more precisely a problem with screens that have been treated with an anti-reflective substance that seems to have detached from the screen after prolonged use, the final result being screens that appear to be stained.

Many users encountered this problem after purchasing a MacBook Pro Retina Display, the number of affected people reaching approximately 2500, and they are interested in suing Apple because of the problem.

A law firm has taken an interest in their problem and is gathering details from each individual in order to be able to file a lawsuit against Apple, the company being most likely obliged to change their screens for free.

Called staingate, the problem even reached the attention of the BBC, the television contacting IT specialists to find out if everything that happens is normal and common, the answer being NO in both cases, Apple refusing to cover the problem under warranty.

Those from Apple claim that the problem is not a hardware one, but a cosmetic one and refuse to replace the screens, but it can be seen as clearly as possible that that Mac can no longer be used in strong light, but it seems that those from Apple do not they care too much.

If the case goes to court, then Apple has chances to lose it, but it remains to be seen how things will go, the most correct way being to solve the problems of the people under warranty.
