An Amazon employee stole iPhone, iPad and other products worth $12.500

Cops raided his house and recovered expensive electronic items including iPhones, iPads, cameras, watches. They got a tip-off that a person had been trying to sell expensive electronic items, allegedly stolen from an Amazon warehouse, at cheaper rates.

In order for his plan to work, the Amazon India employee ordered certain products from the online store that had a similar weight to one or more Apple products, put what he wanted in the packages and shipped them, their weight being equivalent with the purchased products.

The Indian mainly ordered pressure cookers, their weight being equivalent to that of one or more Apple products and not only, so that after many months he managed to steal products worth 12.500 dollars, the police discovering many among them following a search made in his house.
