CCSpeedUp is a tweak launched last night in Cydia for our iPhone, iPad and iPod Touches, it being designed with the idea of allowing us to make the Control Center from iOS 8 much faster than it is now.
According to the developer of the tweak CCSpeedUp, the functionality of the package is offered by disabling certain animations that make it difficult to display the Control Center menu, so everything will work much faster than you imagine.
Speeds up Control Center by disabling the following. Presentation Animation. Bounce. Dismiss Animation. No options to configure.
CCSpeedUp is available for free download from Cydia's BigBoss repo.
