Orange Romania accepts iPhones bought from abroad under warranty

Orange iPhone warrantyOrange Romania accepts iPhones bought from abroad under warranty, so you are no longer obliged to go with a terminal to one of the three Apple Authorized Service Providers for solving some problems based on the terminal's warranty.

Apple offers continental or international warranty for iPhone terminals and based on this you will be able to find out if your terminal can benefit from a replacement or possibly a brief repair within the framework Orange Service, or you will have to pay to solve your problems.

More precisely, if you bought an iPhone in Europe and it has a continental warranty for Europe, then Orange will receive it in service for repair based on the warranty, the same being true for terminals that have an international warranty offered by the Apple company.

If you bought an iPhone from the USA, Canada, Asia or any other continent outside of Europe and the terminal does not have an international warranty, then Orange Romania will not accept it for service, and in this situation you will have to discuss with the other authorized services Apple, which theoretically should receive it.

Considering that Orange Romania has representatives in almost every city in Romania, theoretically you can solve a problem directly in the store without sending the terminal to Bucharest, everything being done through Orange Romania, from where you will pick it up.

This practice of those from Orange Romania is relatively new, but considering that the operator has service authorized by the Apple company, it was logical to receive iPhone terminals as well, and theoretically iPad tablets also fall into this category, but I cannot confirm anything about Macs.

Having said that, if you have an iPhone that still benefits from the warranty, or if you will buy an iPhone terminal in the future, you know that you can also call Orange Romania to solve a warranty problem without paying a penny in the entire procedure.

iPhones bought from Vodafone or Telekom are an exception to everything explained above, as they must be taken under warranty to the two operators.
