The expression Win an iPhone 6S it's starting to be "fashionable" lately, various spam pages on Facebook fooling tens of thousands of Romanians with so-called contests that are just methods of generating likes for various other spam pages on the social network.
The mechanism is quite simple and with a single LIKE a user can have the chance to win an iPhone 6S or any other type of iPhone newer or older, contests of this kind attracting a multitude of naive people who do nothing but swell the ranks of those who support internet spammers.
Following in one day the working mechanism of one of these contests, I reached from the initial page to 3 others and then to another 5 websites, all linked together in a mechanism designed to make an extremely large amount of spam on Facebook and lead users to dubious websites designed to make money for spammers.
Unfortunately, most of the contests with iPhone terminals existing on Facebook are 100% fake, and this is because not every company is willing to offer such a terminal, and those that do have complex mechanisms for organizing contests that are not limited to likes to dubious pages.
Although you will say that you don't mind giving a like, in reality you gain absolutely nothing except spam in the timeline, but worse you support practices of this kind that should be eliminated by Facebook if it did not generate so many interactions based on the large number of naive people.
The conclusion is the following: when you see contests for iPhone terminals on Facebook, make sure that they are based on something real and not the support of some people who live off spam.
