In March 2016, the court is going to open the hearing in the process where the pleas of the lawyers will be heard and the evidence prepared by them will be discussed, various witnesses will also be called to testify in favor of one or the other of the parties .

The process is based on the recalculation of the amount that Samsung must pay Apple, and the judge wants a quick retrial of the case, also preventing the filing of new motions to support the claims of each party, so everything will be judged on the basis of the existing evidence.
