The mysterious emoji character of iOS 9.1

Apple mysterious emojiiOS 9.1 brings new emoji characters, they being integrated in OS X 10.11.1 starting last night, and among those that are made available to users there is a new, mysterious one, which represents the combination of two other existing characters.

In the attached image you can see exactly what it is about, the new character being called eye in speech bubble, it being a combination between the emoji character of an eye and that of a bubble in which writing normally appears, as we see in the Messages application .

The new emoji character was specially created by the Apple company by combining two Unicode 7 characters, but for now no one knows what role it has now or could have in the future, or if it could be related to any function prepared by those from Cupertino.

At the moment, it is speculated that the new emoji character could be related to some function that the Apple company would like to implement for FaceTime, but it remains to be seen if it has any real value for those from Cupertino or not.
