How much water gets into the iPhone 6S case

How much water gets into the iPhone 6S caseYesterday I told you why is the iPhone 6S waterproof, but that doesn't mean that you have to start immersing the terminals in any container of water that you can find because quite a lot of liquid gets inside the terminals of those from Cupertino.

In the video clip above you see one iPhone 6S disassembled after being immersed in a sink full of water, it remained fully functional, this despite the fact that quite a lot of water penetrated its casing after its "adventure" of only two minutes.

Apple has applied an additional gasket and glue on the entire surface where the front panel makes contact with the case, but the speaker, microphone, Lightning port and 3.5mm audio port still allow water to penetrate the case, although it does not seem to affect the functionality of the terminals.

In conclusion, do not put your phones in water.
