Why are photos deleted from iCloud Photo Library deleted from all iPhones, iPads and iPod Touches from a single terminal it's a question I've received quite often and I'm answering today, although I don't think you'll be satisfied with the answer.
iCloud Photo Library or iCloud Photo Library is a system meant to bring all our pictures and movies to all iPhones, iPads and iPod Touches that are connected to the same Apple ID and have the active system for uploading pictures to iCloud.
Via iCloud Photo Libraries all our pictures and movies arrive in all iDevices connected to the same Apple ID as soon as they are registered, if we have an active internet connection, so everyone can quickly see everything we record from the terminals.
The problem with iCloud Photo Library it's like as soon as a picture or a movie is deleted from an iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch, they disappear from all terminals in the next second, because the change is made in the entire iCloud Photo Library system.

I can see a grandchild accidentally deleting a few pictures on the iPad and me not even realizing that they are gone. I always keep a backup but it would be difficult to tell whether I need to restore.
