Many popular games have disappeared from the App Store

missing App Store applications and download historyMany extremely popular games have disappeared from App Store in recent days, the titles have been disappearing even from the download history lists for the users' Apple IDs, all apparently without any clear explanation from Apple or the game developers.

EA, Telltale, Capcom, Sega, 2K and several other game producers withdrew their titles from Apple's application store, for various more or less valid reasons, but the withdrawal of games from the App Store also led to their disappearance from the download history, the Purchased list.

Normally, even if an application is withdrawn from the App Store by the developer, it should still be available in the list of Purchased applications, but in these cases users can no longer download the respective applications and not because the developers would prohibit this.

The problem seems to be related to the way the Apple company thought about its App Store, so that as soon as the developers removed the applications from all App Stores, they also disappeared from the purchased list, without them really want this to happen.

This problem was also encountered by other developers who found as the only solution the listing of their application in a less known country, the presence of the application there maintaining it also in the Purchased list where all the titles downloaded by users up to now are present .

This little trick must be applied by all application developers for the iOS platform in order to be useful for all users, but the major problem is with the Apple company and those from Cupertino for the time being say absolutely nothing about their intentions regarding its solution.

Having said that, if you encounter problems downloading certain popular applications, at least now you know that the problem is not with you, but with Apple and its application management system.
