Apple has launched a new program for selling iPhones in installments

The Apple company launched a new one during this day program for the sale of iPhone in installments, but unlike the previous program, this one is dedicated to people who already own an iPhone or Android terminal and want to upgrade to a newer version of iPhone available in the Apple Store.

The program is called Trade Up With Installments, and through it users can take an old iOS or Android smartphone to Apple where, after the evaluation, a monthly rate will be established that they will have to pay to buy a new and better iPhone.

The program is, of course, only available in the US for now and allows users to buy iPhone terminals in installments starting at $15 per month, this amount being applied only if an iPhone 5S 16 GB is chosen for purchase by the customer.

The program was mainly created for those who have old iPhone or Android terminals, and with a contractual period of 24 months they can benefit from a very low monthly rate for the purchase of the terminal from the Apple company without a mobile phone subscription.

Whatever phone you purchase will be unlocked, which means you're not tied to a specific carrier (although you still have to sign up for wireless service for the iPhone). The maximum trade-in values are the same as for the regular trade-in program. That's $100 for the iPhone 4 and 4S; $200 for the 5, 5C and 5S; $300 for the 6; and $350 for the 6 Plus.

The most interesting part is that Apple does not offer higher prices depending on the storage space of a terminal, so that a 6 GB iPhone 16 is evaluated for reception at the same price as one with 128 GB storage space, even though sale Apple establishes a difference of 200 dollars.

No one knows when the new program will be launched in other countries around the world, but it is only advantageous in the idea that users pay a small monthly amount instead of paying a large one in one jib.
