Apple has patented the design of two Apple Stores

Company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), is proud of its design throughout the world Apple Store-s, the pride being so great that those from Cupertino went so far as to protect with patents the design used for the construction of the store in Turkey and the one in the city of Zhongjie Joy, China.

The Apple Store in Turkey is known as glass lantern, and this because a glass rectangle is placed above the store, facilitating the entrance to the store which is set up underground, as happens in many other countries around the world.

In the case of the Apple Store in the city of Zhongjie Joy, China, we are talking about a store set up on 2 floors, the upper floor appearing suspended thanks to the ingenious design that has the ceilings made of huge glass panels that protect users from the weather outside.

The store in Turkey was awarded for the exceptional design thought by Jony Ive and his team, and protecting this achievement is something normal for Apple, even if the rest of the world thinks that Cupertino is exaggerating with patents for everything.
