Galaxy S7 vs iPhone 6S – the water resistance test

Samsung Galaxy S7 it was presented by Samsung as being water resistant under the conditions in which it is submerged to a maximum depth of 1 meter for a maximum of 30 minutes, and today we see a first test in which the Koreans' claims are put to the test.

As you will see in the video clip below Samsung Galaxy S7 si iPhone 6S they are immersed in a container of liquid for 15 minutes, and although the smartphone from South Korea survived without major problems, the iPhone 6S was beaten after this period.

Water infiltrated the screen less than 10 minutes after being under water, but after 15 minutes the iPhone 6S became unusable due to the water that infiltrated in large quantities under the case, but despite this the device continues to work.

To be honest, I am pleasantly impressed by the water resistance of the iPhone 6S and the test proves that dropping the terminal for a few seconds in a liquid will not affect its functionality, as it happens with the old iPhone models.

The Samsung Galaxy S7 is much better thought out to prevent water from getting inside the case, and unlike the iPhone 6S it will withstand such a test without problems.
