Nvidia has released drivers that burn users' video cards

Nvidia is the largest manufacturer of graphics cards for computers, and during the past few days the company released version 364.47 of the drivers for the graphics cards which are still supported by it, the users who installed the update made a major mistake.

For many the new drivers only generated very frequent crashes of the computers without any pertinent reason or the impossibility to turn on the computers, but in some rare cases some graphics cards burned after installing these drivers and intensive use.

Those from Nvidia they did not find the clear cause of the problems, but they stated that the use of the system of quick installation of drivers in computers would be the basis of the malfunctions, the drivers being withdrawn by the company shortly after the media coverage of the scandal.

engineering Nvidia they released the new drivers especially for those who intended to play some newly released or to be released games, but unfortunately they messed them up so much that some people will ask to replace the burned products after installing the new software.

After finding a critical installation issue, the team has replaced yesterday's driver (364.47) with today's new driver (364.51). We had received reports of some users having issues installing driver version 364.47. Initial investigation suggests the issue was related to doing an "Express" installation. If you happen to have a pending installation of 364.47, we recommend that you do not install it and either use the new 364.51 beta version or wait for the WHQL certified version.

Nvidia's beta 364.51 drivers have this problem solved, so theoretically they should be safe, but how much trust can those who paid hundreds of dollars for a video card that burned after installing a simple driver have in the American company.
