Apple will allow us to delete native iOS applications

Deep inside the JSON source code of the App Store was discovered a confirmation for the implementation of a new functionality requested by millions of iDevice owners around the world, more precisely the possibility to delete native applications of the iOS operating system.

Tim Cook promised that a function of this kind will be offered at some point by the Apple company and it seems that the engineers from Cupertino could implement it in iOS 10, or at least that's what the source code of the app store for our iDevices suggests.

As you can see in the image below, the App Store source code has two interesting entries for us, they are 'isFirstParty' si 'isFirstPartyHideableApp', both suggesting that at some point we will be able to delete unnecessary native applications from our terminals.

Since this functionality is offered mentioned in the App Store source code, there is a very high chance that Apple will offer through the store some native applications of the operating system for iOS, users being able to re-download them if they want to delete them.

delete native applications

If Apple will publish native applications in the App Store, then it will be able to update them with improvements or problem solving without updating the entire operating system, and through this change it could solve any kind of user complaints much faster.

Since the function of deleting native iOS applications is being tested by the Apple company, it is clear that it will be offered through a future update of the operating system and there is a good chance that iOS 10 will make it available to us right from this summer.

What do you think about the implementation of such a function for iOS?
