iPhone SE it was launched for over 3 weeks on the market and until now the terminal has proven to be difficult to find both in the company's stores Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC),, as well as in partner stores in countries where the product can be purchased, with a certain waiting period.
An American company thought to monitor iPhone SE sales in several important countries on the planet, and in the image below you can see details regarding the adoption rate of the device among smartphone owners in each country, the results being interesting.
In France, Great Britain and Canada iPhone SE recorded an adoption rate of 1% among smartphone owners, but in the US it stood at 0.4%, i.e. close to the global average, the terminal registering much lower sales than the other Apple iPhones.
Even if it does not amaze with spectacular sales like those of the last 3 series of iPhones launched on the market, iPhone SE it is still in demand and has decent sales, but it will not be able to compensate for the drop in sales of the entire iPhone terminal series.
The bad part for Apple is that in China the adoption rate is only 0.2% among the locals, and this in the conditions where the country is extremely important for those from Cupertino, a third of the quarterly sales being generated from China for Apple.
The iPhone SE never had the chance to generate sales as high as an iPhone with a 4.7-inch screen, but even so, it probably records sales as good, or even better, than the iPhone 6, a very popular terminal even and after the release of the iPhone 6S.
