iPad remains the tablet with the highest degree of satisfaction among consumers

For several years, the iPad tablet has been in the top of the tablets with the highest degree of satisfaction among consumers, those from JD Power giving the first position to those from Cupertino in 2016, but the distance without competitors decreases from one year to the next.

In the image below you can see how the table published during this day by JD Power looks like, the iPad tablet occupying the first position with 830 points out of a possible 900, it being closely followed by the Microsoft Surface tablets, with 829 points.

The difference between the iPad tablets and those of Microsoft is so small that JD Power gives us to understand that in Redmond tablets were designed so well that they can compete at any time with those of the Apple company, which is quite true.

The interesting part of this study is that 80% of those who owned an iPad tablet in the past upgraded to a new Apple tablet, with Samsung following Apple in this segment with a loyalty of 57% among its own users.

Practically, this study proves that Apple is no longer the only company capable of developing tablets that generate a high degree of satisfaction among consumers, and this is gratifying because we will all enjoy much better products.
