iOS 10 brings a less important role for Apple Music Connect

Together with Apple Music, the Apple company also launched a feature called Connect, this having the role of helping regular users to get in touch with their favorite artists through their pages available inside Apple Music.

Although Apple has promoted this section as one where users will also have exclusive content from their favorite artists, it seems that the function Connect it didn't turn out to be quite as popular as those from Cupertino imagined, so in iOS 10 his role will be greatly reduced.

More precisely, in the new Music application, the function Connect it will no longer have a dedicated section accessible from the global menu of the application, but will have a dedicated button in the For You section, so accessing it will no longer be as easy as it is at the moment.

The change is not a major one for users, but we are talking about the second failure that the Apple company has with such sections dedicated to users, the Ping network being launched during the time when Steve Jobs was running Apple, it having a similar role and finally reaching a similar failure.

For now about iOS 10 we only learned a few news regarding the changes in Apple Music, but theoretically Apple should also offer us a multitude of other interesting things, but we will learn more about them only during WWDC 2016, or shortly before.

iOS 10 will be released in the fall by the Apple company, but the first beta version will be released in June, and others will follow during the summer.
