How to solve the Mac lock problem in OS X 10.11.4

Last week I told you that OS X 10.11.4 crashes MacBook Pro launched at the beginning of 2016, the problem affecting a very large number of users from all over the world, the Apple company only saying that it will do its best to solve it.

Until Apple releases an update that really fixes the Macs issues in OS X 10.11.4 or OS X 10.11.5, today I present a possible solution that could make your Macs easier to use without the fear of the fact that they could block out of the blue.

Considering that many people linked this problem to the Safari browser, the solution is related to the WebGL function implemented by Apple for its browser, disabling it seems to return things to normal.

To solve the problem of locking Macs with OS X 10.11.4 or OS X 10.11.5 you must:

  1. Access the application Safari.
  2. Access the menu Preferences.
  3. Access the tab Security.
  4. Disable the option Allow WebGL.
  5. Close the Preferences menu and the Safari application, including completely from the dock.

After reopening Safari, you will no longer have WebGL enabled and there is a possibility that performance will be affected while loading web pages, but the good part is that you will no longer have problems with Macs suddenly crashing, or at least that is the theory.
