Apple wins the lawsuit filed because of error 53

About 2 months ago, I told you that Apple was sued for this error 53 which blocks certain iPhones or iPads that have been replaced or repaired touch ID without users visiting an Apple Store, or a service authorized by the Apple company to make repairs.

The problem began to affect so many people that the American press began to talk widely about this error 53, and Apple was finally forced to remove the security system that generates its appearance and prevents the reinstallation of iOS on the affected terminals.

A group of users upset because of the existence of the security system that displays error 53 decided to sue Apple, and today an American judge rejected their request and won the cause of the Apple company, which was expected by many people.

Customers upset by Apple's security measures have demanded $5 million in damages from the Cupertino company, but a judge ruled that their claims lacked sufficient evidence to support them, especially those regarding data loss. due to the existence of this error.

With regard to Apple's alleged omissions, the plaintiffs' position seems to be that Apple should have "disclosed that their devices would be destroyed by imbedded features if they had repaired devices using an independent service and then updated to certain iOS versions." But the plaintiffs haven't plausibly alleged that Apple actually knew of this alleged risk. […] But the mere fact that a company has designed a product doesn't mean it automatically knows about all of that product's potential design flaws.

Other angry customers claimed that Apple falsely promoted its products and that if they had known in advance about the existence of error 53 they would not have bought an iPhone or iPad, but this accusation was also not proven according to the judge's claims, so that the process will not continue.

Having said that, Apple got away with it again very easily, although it upset a large number of users, but this has happened on many occasions for Americans.
