Apple is developing a smart stylus that knows in which hand you use it

The Apple company continues to develop revolutionary products, so a new type of stylus, most likely the Apple Pencil, is described in a patent that was registered today to those from Cupertino, being able to recognize including the hand in which it is used along with iDevices.

The new stylus, maybe even called Apple Pencil 2, is composed of a tactile surface that can offer this function of detecting the hand in which it is held, based on this detection, a variety of functions can be offered that users can enjoy throughout course of its use together with various applications.

Through gestures made on the tactile surface of this stylus, users can control various functions of iOS applications, combinations of gestures made with one or more gestures can be customized to perform a variety of functions that would normally require another type of interaction .

Moreover, this stylus would include a series of sensors that would be able to detect its rotation as well, and this operation would allow the rotation of virtual objects displayed in applications without using your fingers to select the object on the screen and rotate it in the desired direction.

A stylus may have an elongated body with opposing ends. Electronic equipment may have a touch sensor that receives electromagnetic signals from one or more electrodes. The stylus may have a touch sensor on the elongated body. The touch sensor on the body may have electrodes that gather touch input and optional force input when the fingers of a user touch the stylus.

Because 3D Touch is so popular, those from Apple describe a method by which this new Apple Pencil would even be able to detect various types of pressure applied by users, so we are talking about an extremely interesting accessory that offers a functionality very complex.
