True Tone technology moves from iPad Pro to iPhone

One of the best features of the iPad Pro, regardless of which of the two models we are talking about, is the True Tone technology implemented by the Apple company for the screen, giving it the ability to display much clearer and more correct images from the point of view of color palette view.

Many of those who tested the various versions of the iPad Pro praised the True Tone system implemented for the screen without reservation, and in mine iPad Pro review I told you exactly the same thing, the Apple company managing to implement an extremely beneficial technology for its customers.

Because the True Tone technology is so appreciated, the Apple company has registered a patent that describes methods by which it could be brought to iPhone terminals, the Apple Watch, or even Macs, its adoption beyond the iPad Pro being able seriously increases the sales of Apple products.

In its patent, the Apple company describes the benefits that owners of iPhone terminals or Macs could have if the screens of their devices would automatically adjust their brightness and color temperature depending on the environment in which they are, something that happening on iPad Pro.

An electronic device may include a display having an array of display pixels and having display control circuitry that controls the operation of the display. The display control circuitry may operate the display in different modes. In a paper mode, display control circuitry may use stored spectral reflectance data to adjust display colors such that the colors appear as they would on a printed sheet of paper.

After the implementation of True Tone in the iPad Pro, many people expected that Apple would extend the availability of this technology to other products in its offer, and this will happen, but most likely only next year, when the iPhone 7S will be available on the market global.

What do you think about offering True Tone in iPhone or Mac?
