A very rare Apple I is to be sold at auction

Last night the website CharityBuzz announced that it will start an auction for a very rare model of Apple I, this one having the code name Celebration and being part of the first batch of products of this kind manufactured by the Apple company, its most attractive point being the "empty" motherboard it has.

Practically, this indication suggests that this unit would have been produced before mass production Apple I to start, so we are probably talking about a test unit assembled by Apple engineers before the final version of the product is set for production and then official release.

In the video clip below, it is explained in detail why this is Apple I it is rarer than other models currently available around the world, and the people at CharityBuzz believe that this product could sell for a price of at least 1 million dollars, but it remains to be seen how many people will be interested in paying that much.

Steve Wozniak confirmed that Apple never produced one Apple I with such a base plate, so his uniqueness has been fully confirmed, and now it only remains to be seen if he will find a new owner after this auction, or if he will stay where he is.
