The logic board of the iPhone 7 is compared to that of the iPhone 6S

Just a day after I saw the first ones iPhone 7 logic board images, today we have a video clip in which you can observe a comparison between this component and the logic board of the iPhone 6S, they are meant to show us the differences between the two components that will be used by Apple.

As you will see in the detailed comparison made by the Geek Bar, Apple has made a multitude of changes for iPhone 7 logic board compared to that of the iPhone 6S, and here we are not only talking about moving some mounting holes, but also about the size of some of the chips used, or their positioning.

More precisely, we can see that in iPhone 7 logic board the Wi-Fi chip is positioned in a different orientation compared to the iPhone 6S logic board, without changing the dimensions, the NFC chip for mobile payments also having a new position, without its size being modified in any way.

Going further, in iPhone 7 logic board the space allocated for the A10 chip seems to be the same, but the contact pins are positioned differently, multiple other changes for the positioning and dimensions of other chips are visible, the method of connecting the logic board to the screen and the Lightning port have also been changed.

All in all, looking at the video clip above, you can see that we are talking about a series of major changes made by the Apple company for the way the iPhone 7 logic board is thought and built, but this is perfectly normal, considering that it follows to receive new components.
