The iPhone 6 screen problem is at the top of those reported in the Apple Store

The iPhone 6 screen problem is the most reported in Apple stores in the US, but the company refuses to officially acknowledge it.

The other day I talked to you about iPhone 6 screen problem because of which a gray stripe is displayed in the upper part of the screen, refusing to respond to touches. The problem affects inclusively 6 iPhone Plus and it seems to be a manufacturing one, an internal component of the device separating from the logic board after at least 1 year of use.

Although before this problem was reported, the GSM services had a large number of customers who came with their terminals for repair, it seems that the same thing is now happening in the Apple Store as well. Monitoring reported issues at 4 major US stores, a website managed to find out that this the screen problem represents 11% of the total problems reported by users.

More precisely, this problem is in the first position in the top of the problems reported by users among the 4 Apple stores, and this is worrying. Apple customers report various problems with their terminals to the company, but this iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus screen seems to be, now, the first in the list of reported problems.

The iPhone 6 screen problem is bigger than initially thought

The employees in the Apple stores claim that the problem is known including by the managers, probably also by those in Cupertino, but they refuse to recognize the manufacturing defect. Moreover, those who remain without warranty are forced to use third-party GSM services or to completely replace the terminal affected by the problem.

Officially, the Apple company has said absolutely nothing about this problem, but considering that more and more information suggests that it is a big one, it will have to do it. It is completely out of the question that Apple will admit that the problem is a manufacturing one, but it will probably say that it is aware of it and that it is investigating the causes that produce it.

It is also quite unlikely to change the affected terminals, considering that we are probably talking about a very large percentage of iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus units sold. In this idea, those from Cupertino will probably try to "hide the problem under the press", hoping that iPhone 7 launch it will make you forget everything.
