The company that sells cannabis using the iPhone

A US company is using the iPhone to sell cannabis to customers in various US states.

We all know that iPhone it has an extremely wide range of users, but probably few of you would have thought that a company could sell cannabis with its help. We are talking about an American company that created a business based on the sale and management of cannabis stocks using Apple's iPhone terminals.

The company is called FlowHub and uses devices called NUGS, one of them being visible in the image below scanning a box. Through these NUGS, which are iPhone terminals mounted in a special case, they can record information on customers who buy cannabis, manage stocks and record sales.

Those NUGS are interconnected with the internal management system of the store through which cannabis is sold by FlowHub, some of them being offered to dispensaries that sell cannabis-based products. These NUGS work with the help of an Internet connection and reduce up to 3 times the time required for data recording.

Separately from the transmission of data from NUGS to FlowHub, they also reach the federal agencies that monitor the sale of cannabis in the US, all without signing too many papers. Practically, the ingenuity of the entrepreneurs lies in the fact that all the data that should normally be recorded in various documents, are recorded in the iPhone and sent to various computer systems.

FlowHub has been operating successfully in the USA for several years and will certainly motivate other companies to use similar techniques for the sale of cannabis and more.
