LiveIconDisabler increases iPhone performance and autonomy

LiveIconDisabler is a tweak launched yesterday in Cydia for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch, and with its help we can improve the performance and autonomy of the terminals. How is everything happening? Well, after installing this tweak, we will disable the icons that display changes in real time directly on the screens of our terminals.

More precisely, the icon of the Clock application, Ceas, shows us how the hands of the clock move in real time, each movement of the secondary forcing the processor to work and consume energy. After installing LiveIconDisabler, this functionality is automatically deactivated, so that energy is no longer consumed when we see the Clock application icon, the secondary one remaining fixed.

"Compatible with iOS 9. This tweak simply disables live icons in SpringBoard. The tweak also helps to reduce springboard cpu usage and reduce long-term battery consumption. No options to configure.”

LiveIconDisabler is available for download from Cydia's BigBoss repo following this link.
