We are talking about a series of trademark patents registered by Samsung for the Galaxy S8, revealing two new names for the terminal's cameras.

It is very normal for any company to register names for the functions of its new products in advance, but generally the process takes place shortly before the launch.
In the case of the Galaxy S8, things are not like that, and brand patents are registered for sensors dedicated to cameras that improve the brightness and clarity of digital images taken in low light conditions.
